    Easy release is spot on

    Definitely heaps easier to get out of these cleats. Most of my knee and ankle rotation was getting used up by the float of the standard release cleats making it difficult to get out when putting power down on a climb. These allow all that rotation to be used for release. The float feels more like a shimano cleat and I don’t notice any negative compared to standard float crank brothers. Definitely give them a go before you switch to shimano or to flats.
