    Strength to weight is awesome.

    Had bought one of these for the rear. After giving it a few solid wallops with out any damage I knew I needed another for the front.

    Snapped it

    Use a tire insert if riding Narly trails!!!!. Snapped the rim riding Thredbo with 38 psi in the rear. Still good as rim that doesn't bend very easy just annoying that it snapped.

    Beware of pro-loc alloy nipples

    These squorx nipples make it really nice to build-up using a cordless drill.

    However, adjust them later at your own peril.

    Pro-loc + alloy heads make them so delicate to rounding out and you get loads of spoke wind up which makes it near impossible to re-true.

    Best rims and shop ever

    Man I cant believe how good these rims are sooooooo good looking light and super comfortable on and majorly strong not to forget how fast they came in the mail wow now I know where Im always ordering my mtb parts from mtb direct.

    Built these with Hope hubs

    Built these with Hope hubs and very happy. A little fiddly with the washers as no eylets in the rim. But they built up very straight and have stayed true over the few months of abuse. Very happy as they have replace carbon rims that have failed many times and left me worrying about rock gardens. But with going back to alloy I no longer worry and I can build them myself with out the carbon guys telling me I cant (for warranty reasons)
