Enduro Standard Abec 3 are great replacement bearings for hubs, pedals, and bottom brackets.
- Grade 10 Chromium Steel Balls.
- In spec to 10/1.000.000″
- 52100 High Carbon Chromium Alloy Races.
What's the difference between ABEC 3 and ABEC 5?
ABEC is an acronym for a committee that sets standards for bearings. Higher numbers mean higher tolerances (and price). For example, ABEC 3 balls are in tolerance to 10/1.000.000" vs. 5/1.000.000" found in the ABEC 5.
How does this affect me?
Higher tolerance bearings are smoother and faster. With precision, the balls will support the bearing better and increase life expectancy.
To find the correct bearing, please check your owner's manual. These are premium bearings that are among the longest lasting available, however bearing life is dependent on factors such as weather, maintenance, and installation. Please use correct installation methods and follow your component's torque specifications. Failure to do so will result in premature bearing wear.

Good product worked very well
Good product worked very well to give a smooth action. Was not C3 clearance as I had hoped but gave the desired result.
I got these to replace
I got these to replace ceramic bearings on a front Easton EA90SLX and while there is probably a fair difference in smoothness/resistance (as expected), these would have cost less than 10% of ceramic replacements _ I just couldn't bring myself to spend a couple of hundred dollars. They still feel smooth and reasonably fast though - certainly better than worn ceramics. I'd recommend them unless you're riding a couple of hundred k's every week and they would be an upgrade on many steel bearings. It's hard to rate them less than 5 stars for what I paid for them.
