We've got a bunch of different payment options available:
Once you enter all your details at the checkout, you'll be redirected to the PayPal website where you can log in to your PayPal account to finalise your order. PayPal is available for all Australian and international purchasers (please note at this time PayPal is the only option for international orders).
We use Eway, a highly secure credit card processor to accept Mastercard and Visa payments. We do not hold your credit card details in our system.
ZipPay is a line of credit option that allows you to shop online and pay back over time for purchases up to $1,000. Please note it is a different service to ZipMoney (and if you have an existing ZipMoney account, your log in details will not work for ZipPay). You can read more about ZipPay here.
AfterPay lets you get your items now, but pay for them in 4 x fortnightly instalments. We offer AfterPay on orders from $150 - $1,000 (pending AfterPay's approval). AfterPay is very easy to use and has a simple approval process. Read more here.
If you have opted to take a return as Account Credit, this will be available to apply to future orders. Ensure you are logged in before you finalise the checkout process, and your account credit will appear as a Payment Method alongside the other payment options. You may use your account credit to pay for part of your order and finalise the rest with another method.
If you've been giving a Mountain Bikes Direct gift voucher (woohoo!) then you can use this at the checkout as well. Be sure to enter it as a Payment Method, including both your voucher code and secret key (which would have been provided in the email with your voucher).
