To our customers -
We have recently become aware that the Australia Post hub that accepts and processes our parcels is experiencing some delays that may be affecting our customers.
While most customers will have received their parcels within the expected time frame, we have learned that Australia Post are seeing above-average numbers of parcels being delayed at this sorting facility. As a result, some parcels are taking an additional 2-3 days to reach their destination.
We are working hard with AusPost to figure out what is causing this delay and we hope they will have it resolved very soon!
However in the meantime, we want to make sure we are up front with our customers about the potential for delay. In particular, if you place an express order in anticipation of next day delivery, we want you to know that while we are doing everything we can to make that happen, these delays in the AusPost facility may result in your parcel taking 2-3 days to arrive. We understand this may not be suitable and so if you are in urgent need of an item and cannot risk a few extra days in transit, then you may wish to consider sourcing the item elsewhere.
If you believe your parcel has been impacted by these shipping delays, please get in touch as we're keen to help out and ensure your experience with us is a positive one.
Please know that the majority of orders are not being affected by these delays, and that all parcels are ultimately reaching their destinations. We just don't want to leave anyone disappointed if a delay is experienced.
