Least favourite feature? The stem didn't come with a bolt to lock the top cap onto the fork.
Coming from a BMX background I was used to a shorter stem with wider handlebars, The stock 60mm stem that came with my bike had me leaning too far forward in the cockpit. Had read some good reviews about the Spike stem and it did not disappoint. Bought the 35mm variant that brought my Spike Spoon 785 handlebar even closer. Now I feel like I'm back on a BMX!
In my opinion, spank as a company make very high quality and well presented parts. This stem is no exception. Every part of it is nicely finished and the cnc'd emblem on the front looks great up close. I have read people have had issues with clamping this stem to the steerer tube - I had no such problem using the slimmer spacer spank provided.
