In 1899, Hans Deuter began his company in Augsburg-Oberhausen by supplying the Royal Bavarian Post with its entire stock of mailbags and sacks. Deuter has now become synonymous with all kinds of mountain and outdoor sports, producing quality products with a vision to be environmentally responsible.
