WHY DO WE OFFER A PRICE MATCH POLICY?

To ensure that we are competitive on price to provide you with the
confidence to shop with us here at MTB Direct.

WHAT IS OUR PRICE MATCH POLICY?

If you find an identical product at a lower price (including GST, delivery and
all other charges in $AUD) sold by an Australian based retailer (with an
ABN) that's available for purchase and in-stock for delivery or collection, we
will match it provided it is not below our Total Cost Price to stock the
product.

WHAT PRODUCTS DO NOT QUALIFY?

Products that are Special Order (Not in stock in our warehouse), Big and
Bulky Products, and products that are not in stock (Sold Out or on
backorder) with our competitors do not qualify.

HOW DO I REQUEST A PRICE MATCH?

Reach out to our amazing customer service team with the following
information for review:

• Exact details of the product.
• Direct link to advertised competitor price required.
