Learning to ride clipless doesn't have to be daunting and nerve racking!
The SH56 cleats are perfect for clipless beginners and riders who feel 'trapped' in rough terrain. These multiple release cleats can be released by rolling or twisting your foot in any direction. Pulling up with some force will disengage them as well. If you panic coming to a stop or need to get out in a hurry, these will make it much easier!
Compatible with all Shimano SPD pedals except M858.
These cleats have been making the transition from flat pedals to clips a lot smoother. Tried regular cleats and found them too hard to get used to and stacked a few times trying to get my feet out. These have been great as you can pretty much pull your feet in any and theyâre free!
Favourite feature?Multi release function, great for this hairy moments.
Least favourite feature?None to speak of.
Shimano Multi Release Cleats..
Love these cleats, especially in extremely technical terrain. Some tout these cleats as "learner cleats" yes, they work well for people learning to use cleats however they are just as good for experienced riders with the right settings.
