When you're racing against the clock, you'll need the best sealant available! Stan's Race Sealant features their 'XL' crystals at twice the number compared to their regular sealant. This formula will seal larger holes faster and ensure you'll have enough air to cross the finish line. Just be aware, this sealant works so well, it will clog injectors and small bottles so you'll need to break the bead and pour the sealant directly into the tyre.

Race sealant is made for race-day use and needs to be inspected more often than standard sealant, approximately every 3-4 weeks.

    The business

    Why anyone would try to ride an MTB with tubes is beyond me. Tubeless is pretty much set and forget for the life of a tyre, and this stuff makes it easy. The standard Stans is OK but racing and riding in the tropics I had a couple of holes that wouldn’t seal, mainly old palm fronds which act like tyre spikes. Then I switched to this race version and the chunky bits do a great job. I’ve always just started with a new tyre and poured in about 100ml, so no worries about injectors getting clogged. DOES tend to produce stanimals and form rubbery deposits if left too long. But I’m lazy and find only need to top up a little once or twice over the life of tyre, so by the time they gunk up, I’m done with them anyway. Recommend - but have to admit, haven’t had a great deal of experience with competing brands. Never needed to, this stuff’s the business.

    Better than Standard version by a long way

    This stuff really works. I had average results with the standard version but a bike shop mechanic recommended I try this. Have only had one puncture it wouldn't seal since I started using it which was a 25mm slice up the side wall that nothing would seal. Contrary to what it says you can inject this stuff through the valves if you poke the lumpy bits through with a bit of wire. Not that hard.

    Simply the best

    Upside is it just works

    Downside is you have to pop the bead to insert. But thats not an issue for me.

    best sealant ever!!!

    unbelievable stuff!!! I put this sealant into my tyre and clogged nail hole up straight away would recommend this to every one who has tubeless tyres. best sealant you'll ever come across.
